Mum and her 4 chicks. Unfortunately the others didn’t survive. Some died as soon as they hatched, a couple dried off but didnt live past a day. I had 1 in the house as it was so weak and the mummy was being a bit mean to it but it didnt survive.
The second hen is still sitting and it looks as if there could be some activity under her and what looked like broken shell. So fingers crossed her eggs have started hatch and we will have more. Will check tomorrow if there are any. Don’t want to distrub her now
